Things have changed… Routines, priorities, the way we live, and the way we work.  One thing that hasn’t changed is our commitment to our employees, our community, and to you – our valued partners.

During these unprecedented times, we’ve all had to make adjustments in our daily lives and in the way we work.  Our top priority here at OS&B® has always been our employees, and that is more important now than ever.  In order to ensure their continued health and well-being, we have implemented several measures:


We have activated our “work from home” plan for those who are able to do so.  Our staff have complete access to all the tools necessary to ensure business continuity through our secure VPN (ERP, electronic files, phone extension).  We can continue to accept any customer order by EDI, email, fax, and phone.

For those who have to come in to the office we have implemented daily cleaning & disinfectant schedules upon arrival as well as before leaving.  We limit the staff in the office each day so as to maintain physical distancing.  We are having our office and all plant work areas disinfected with medical grade spray every day.  We have increased the frequency of our office cleaning with special focus on high traffic areas.  We are not accepting any visitors to the office.


Plant operations have been split into two shifts in order to maintain physical distancing between all staff.  We have no overlapping of shift changes in order to help reduce or eliminate risk of contamination from one shift to another.  We have implemented cleaning procedures as described above before, during and after each shift.  All plant visitors have been restricted unless it is an emergency.

Rest periods have been staggered to limit the number of employee’s in our lunchroom.  All plant work areas disinfected with medical grade spray twice per day.  Plant staff have limited or no access to the office.


Sales staff continue to be available via email and phone for product information, project quotations, and technical product/installation support.  All Sales staff are working from home offices to maintain their physical distance from key employees required to be in our physical locations.

At the same time, we are committed to providing our customers the service levels they have grown accustomed to over the years.

As the situation evolves, we will continue to monitor and make adjustments as required in order to do our part in responding to this public health crisis while continuing to operate as an essential business.
